What counts as a conversation? One thread with one person during the billing month — not one message. Twenty messages back and forth with the same follower is a single conversation. That is why a viral post does not inflate your bill the way per-subscriber pricing does.

Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It costs nothing, needs no card and does not expire. You get 250 conversations a month, unlimited social accounts, all six channels, and unlimited campaigns, templates and automations. You only pay when your conversation volume outgrows it.
What exactly counts as one conversation?
One thread with one person during the billing month, not one message. A twenty-message exchange with the same follower is a single conversation. Because of that, growing your audience does not raise your bill on its own; only people who actually talk to you do.
What happens if I go over my limit?
On Pro, extra conversations are billed at $0.045 each rather than cutting your automations off mid-campaign. If you run over consistently, moving up a tier costs less than paying overage every month.
How is AI usage charged?
At the model provider’s real token price, with no markup added. A typical AI reply costs a fraction of a cent. The Free plan includes $3 of credits a month; Pro and Enterprise pass the cost straight through, so you pay for what you actually use.
Do I pay extra for more social accounts or teammates?
No. Every plan includes unlimited connected social accounts, and Pro and Enterprise include unlimited team seats. Connect one Instagram profile or a hundred and the price is the same.
Can I try Pro before committing to a full month?
Yes, the first month of Pro is $1. After that it renews at the plan price you chose, and you can cancel or downgrade at any point from your billing settings.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Checkout runs through Stripe. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account drops back to the Free plan rather than being deleted.
Do you support gift or promo codes?
Yes. Gift codes can be redeemed from the billing section of your account and are applied to your next invoice.
Which plan should an agency choose?
Start on Pro if you are running client accounts yourself, since seats and connected accounts are already unlimited. Move to Enterprise when you need SSO, dedicated IPs, white-labelling or a custom SLA.
What if I need a higher volume than Pro?
Enterprise is priced on your actual conversation volume, typically starting around $499 a month. Book a call and bring your expected monthly conversation count so the quote is realistic.
